Townhomes - Building A (Main Building): Is a historical two-story building which gives charm, a warm and unique atmosphere to the entire Development. Designed originally by William Shanklin Jr, in 1926, the front facade has been redesigned by L. Murray Dixon, one of Miami Beach’s finest Art Deco architects. Dixon updated this new elevation in the current streamlined Art Deco style. Hunter Henderson, is a classic example of a Post War Modern Style, with a typical catwalk, pole columns and a flat roof with overhangs.
