Having the obligation to preserve the beauty of that era, the Developer, through a massive structural intervention , secured  the entire envelope of the building, demolishing  completely  the interior, in order  to accommodate 12 brand new charming townhomes featuring new   plumbing, electrical, air conditioned , roof and impact windows.


Building B (South Building): Built in 1966, designed by Architect, T. Hunter Henderson, is a classic example of a Post War Modern Style, with a typical catwalk, pole columns and a flat roof with overhangs. Ari Sklar, one of the current preeminent Architect in Miami Beach redesigned the façade in a new trendy style. As for the Building A, even the South Building is totally  demolished  internally, and include  the same features of the entire project, accommodating  4 one bedroom and 2 Studio.


Building C (West Building): Is a brand new three-story construction, consisting in 4, two bedroom Townhomes. Designed by Ari Sklar, the firm in charge for the entire architectural project, this new building is has a “unique” modern design in the surrounding of Lincoln Road. It is facing a charming internal courtyard.




Canterbury's Interior Design utilizes a neutral material palette that will allow you to furnish each room to your own liking. The interiors try to incorporate Miami's tropical climate into the the decor, taking inspiration from an Art Deco color palette.
